I first developed an interest in Engineering when I came to realize how everything around us was at first an idea in somebody’s mind. I came to the conclusion that to materialize my ideas I should possess engineering skills.

Over the years, I have attended lessons in programming and robotics. A robotics summer course helped me develop my skills in constructing and programming robots as well as my social and communication skills. When I participated in an electronics and computer science taster course at the University of Southampton, I had the pleasure for the first time to work in an electronics and computer science lab. As the Vice-President of the Company set up by me and my classmates, I had the chance to bring out my leadership skills. I organized our team to reach our targets, selling our web site, which promoted attractions and businesses near metro stations. I have also taken part in various mathematics competitions and have received distinctions.  

During my free time, I am creative. I am a founder and member of two bands, in which I sing and play bass guitar.  Being a sports lover I always enjoy playing sports, especially team sports, like football and basketball.

I believe that studying Engineering will provide me with the skills to create future innovations and set up my startup.
